Shipping & refunds
Shipping rate
We charge a flat rate of $5.95 shipping on orders placed through primalpursuit.fit (United States). The fee is shown in cart and checkout before you submit.
When we ship
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Typical handling time is 1–2 business days after payment clears, unless inventory or operational constraints require additional time. We will communicate material delays when possible.
Payment matching
Include only your order ID in the Zelle/Venmo/crypto payment memo. Missing or incorrect memos can delay matching and shipment.
Addresses
Provide a complete, accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect address information supplied by the buyer.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we can share it by email upon request. Contact orders@primalpursuit.fit with your order ID.
Refunds & returns
All sales are final. Primal Pursuit maintains a zero refund policy for research compounds, except where required by law or where we choose, at our sole discretion, to remedy a verified error on our part (for example, shipping the wrong product).
Do not return products without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If a package arrives damaged or appears incorrect, email us within a reasonable time of delivery with your order ID and photos. We will review and respond with next steps.
International
Unless explicitly arranged in writing, checkout and shipping assume United States fulfillment. Contact us before ordering if you need a special arrangement.
