Research use only
All products sold by Primal Pursuit LLC are intended solely for laboratory and scientific research. Products are not for human or animal consumption, medical treatment, diagnostic use, or any consumer wellness purpose.
By placing an order, you represent that you are purchasing for lawful research purposes and that you will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to enter a binding agreement. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where we believe use may be unlawful or outside research intent.
Orders & pricing
Listed prices are in USD. A flat shipping fee is shown at checkout. Inventory is limited and may change without notice. An order is a request to purchase; fulfillment is subject to stock, payment confirmation, and acceptance by Primal Pursuit.
Payment
Payment is completed after checkout via the method you select (e.g., Zelle, Venmo Business, or cryptocurrency). You must include only your order ID in the payment memo/note. We ship after payment is confirmed.
Shipping
See our Shipping & refunds policy. Typical ship window is 1–2 business days after confirmed payment, unless otherwise communicated.
No refunds
All sales are final. We maintain a zero refund policy except where required by law or where we elect, at our sole discretion, to offer a remedy for an error on our part (for example, verified shipment of an incorrect item).
COA & quality documentation
Certificates of Analysis may be available upon request for lots we stock. Request COA by emailing orders@primalpursuit.fit with product and order details. Documentation is provided for research context and does not constitute medical or regulatory advice.
Disclaimer of warranties
Products are provided for research use “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primal Pursuit LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from misuse, improper storage, or non-research use of products.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Primal Pursuit LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of products, violation of these terms, or violation of applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
